Inauguration of Projects By Italian PRT in Herat Province.

The Emam Shish Noor road (20 km east from Herat) has been graveled for 14 kilometers by the RRD Department thanks to the donation of 30.700 liters donated by the Italian PRT for the total amount of 15.964 euro.

In that occasion there was also the inauguration of the project for the positioning of about 2 km of gabion wall in the village of Resalat (41S MU 1650 0626) in order to prevent the local river overflowing. Total amount 13.200 euro.

During his speech the PRT Commander underlined that this 2 projects will be of great help to local population and since 2005 the Italians invest their energies to allow, at the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan, the improving of the inhabitant’s life conditions, always respecting the culture, the traditions and the religion of the Afghan People.
