Italian PRT Visited Disable Center in Herat

Herat, October the 22^nd 2009.

Today PRT Doctor, Maj. FORLANI and CIMIC personnel have visited the old Disable Center located in HERAT. With regard to that, we remind that PRT CIMIC C. projected and built in 2008 a new one, in order to create a place for a war disabled and thanks to the impulse of Herat Social Department it has been object of many humanitarian activities such as donations and medical engagements.

PRT CIMIC C. has ever paid a big attention on humanitarian issues and its military staff cared about of conditions of afghan people in order to improve them.

Today Italian PRT handed out many medicines like antibiotics, anti-inflammatory and medicament materials like vesical catheters.
