PRT Commander Col. Michele BRANDONISIO had a meeting with the Governor of KARUKH District of Herat

Mr. NIKYAR is the Governor of the District since 3 years ago and he explained that KARUKH District is composed by 186 villages with a population of about 100.000 inhabitants. There are 500 teachers for 20.000 students.
Mr. NIKYAR concluded telling that USAID has already built the new police station in Karukh and it will build the new governmental compound too.
The PRT Commander congratulated the Governor on his profitable administrative works and suggested him to present all the infrastructural District projects to the Provincial Development Committee because in these weeks it is working for the 2010 Master Plan.
